Process & Communication:
We’ll start with a chat about what commission you want. You can send references, mood boards, or just describe your vision in detail.Payment & Pricing: Full payment is required upfront to secure your spot. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. We’ll discuss the specifics before you make any payment. By commissioning me, you agree not to issue chargebacks at any time.
No Refunds Once Work Begins: Refunds are generally not offered once I begin the process. Exceptions include cases where I am unable to complete the commission or if the commission cannot be delivered. In these cases, I will issue a full refund.Work-in-Progress Updates: I’ll provide a sketch for you to review and offer feedback. This is where any major changes can be made.Limited Edits Policy: After the sketch is approved, additional edits will be extremely limited. Small adjustments are allowed during the coloring and detailing phases, but major changes (like altering the composition) won’t be possible.
Usage Rights & Restrictions:
By default, the commissioned art is for personal use only. You can display it on your social media, use it as an icon, or print it for your own enjoyment. Please do not use it for commercial purposes without prior agreement. If you’re interested in commercial usage rights, let me know so we can discuss terms and pricing.Important Restrictions:
My artwork may not be used to create, promote, or distribute NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or any other blockchain-related assets. My artwork may not be used in any form of AI training, machine learning, or for generating derivative works by AI. This includes any use in AI databases, training models, or generative AI systems.
No Modifications Without Permission: Heavily editing, recoloring, or redrawing the artwork is prohibited. Small modifications such as adding stickers, applying filters, cropping, or resizing are acceptable.
Credit Requirement: Please credit me by mentioning my username or linking to my card whenever the art is shared or displayed publicly.
